Yay for cool morning runs!  Boo for being out of shape! I found out that I have to cover a coworker's shift this week.  So that means 40 hours of overtime.  Extra money is good, even if I do have to work for it.  So, I kinda didn't want to run, but I felt real good, so I knew I should.  I am sore now, but in the end, it will be worth it.  Now I just need somebody to tell me what the end is.

Ben - ah. Thanks for the positive vibes.

Cat - I like your idea of the end better.

It's when you finish your bucket list, so make sure it is a good and long one.

From The Quiet Pirate on Sun, Jul 29, 2012 at 19:20:19 from 71.49.55.78

40 hours of overtime should count for some kind of cross training miles since you'll be exhausted, tired, and want to quit.

According to Webster's Student Dictionary, end comes right after encyclopedia. Hope that's helpful.

Flat - Olympic gold is on my bucket list.

QP - I'll avoid encyclopedias. Does Wikipedia count?

Mine too, we'll never die.

From Tara on Sat, Aug 04, 2012 at 12:07:01 from 75.169.154.70

Hi, it's Tara. You are not out of shape. It is pure muscle. That is what I tell myself when I notice a 8 pound weight vest that I somehow (eating lots of Ding Dongs) put on in the last few months. I sit on my couch with my mouth full and laugh at everyone else who is working. That is how I roll. Good for you to get out!

From Burt on Sat, Aug 04, 2012 at 16:21:55 from 72.223.86.148

Hi Tara. You are what you eat.

How ya doin' Burt? Did you survive the 40 hours of OT?

From Burt on Mon, Aug 06, 2012 at 22:44:21 from 174.255.240.218

Hi daleg. Thanks for reminding me that I have a blog. I'm still kinda in the overtime thing. Essentially, I worked 11 straight days, took two days off, and am working another 8 straight days.

From DaleG on Mon, Aug 06, 2012 at 23:02:28 from 152.216.11.5

Yikes. If I worked that much, I wouldn't feel like doing anything, either.

Funny to think I though 68 degrees was cool today.

From Burt on Thu, Aug 09, 2012 at 20:37:07 from 72.223.86.148

It's not getting much cooler that 91° right now. Ugh, I need to get out and run! Maybe tomorrow.
