Day 21 P90X - X Stretch

I stayed home from church today because Emily's a bit congested.  I took advantage of the time to do dishes and X Stretch.  It was good because I am sore.  Maybe I'll do it twice today.

So ... tell me more about X Stretch. My hubby bought the P90X program but the only thing we have done is the Abs ripper!!!

How long does the X Stretch take.

How beneficial was it?

Nicely done with the dishes! :)

Teena - how long have you had it? Ab Ripper is pretty intense, huh? The strecthing is almost an hour long. You basically go through all the muscles; neck, arms, hamstrings, glutes, quads, back. It feels pretty good afterward. And I was pretty sore to start out. Now an hour and a half later I still feel good. A couple of times I've done this workout the night before a race.

Burt I just had to specifically say thanks for your comment yesterday! What a nice guy you are :)

It is quite sexy when men do a little housework.

Stretching is always a good thing. I know you know that I know that.

hope your daughter is feeling better. well, i am off to recruit 8 more people to comment on Allie's marathon. that will finally knock you off the top of the hot discussions board! not that you shouldn't be there, since you are as Lindsey said "a nice guy", but i think it is Allie's turn!

Scott - you are absolutely right. Besides the fact that I've asked Sasha to remove me about three times, we do need allie to be there. She deserves to be there.

Staying home from church is always fun. Ha!

Good to see you are almost a full member in the FRB Sunday Sinner club.
