I finally am mobile enough to kind of jog a few miles.  Holy moly!  I don't remember P90X being so hard.  Well, I was supposed to meet my Ragnar team this morning, but I was the only one that showed up.  DOGGED!  I ran all by me onesy.  There was a steady sprinkle the first mile.  The other three miles my sweat compensated for the lack of precipitation.

Time - 37:21 (avg. pace 9:35)

Splits - 9:38, 9:29, 9:34, 8:40

You didn't run IN your onesy too did you. Cause that would be weird.

Yep, just like Borat.

Actually when I got home from my mission my two older brothers were still living at home. I wore size 32, one brother wore 30, and the other 34. Easy to figure out whose is whose, right? Not for them! I got so sick of them wearing my undies that I bought onesies.

I saw a P90X commercial once, or perhaps it was part of an infomercial, anyway, the ripped abs and incredibly toned muscles totally made me want to do it. Then I remembered how sore I was after I did a 20 min P90X ab workout with Melody once. I couldn't imagine doing 90 min of that stuff! Good luck.

Sorry I missed the run. I got caught up in traffic.
