I got up at quarter to six this morning and got all dressed to go on a run.  I wanted to get some good miles in.  I figured that since everybody raced over the weekend, it might be a good opportunity to make it on the first page of the Mileage Board.  But then I realized I wouldn't be able to get all the miles in I wanted and get my son to school.  So I waited until after I took him.  But while I was there dropping him off, I figured I might as well find out what bus he can catch so I don't have to take him anymore.  I finally got home at 7:15.  Now I didn't have time to run the miles I wanted and still get to work.  So, to make a long story short, I ran three miles.

Time - 25:41 (avg. pace 8:34)

Splits - 8:30, 8:33, 8:39

You must be getting to sleep earlier since you are normally the top of the Most Recent Entries list but not so recently!

W00-hoo! Burt reaches his half-century of P90X! Only 50 days to go!

From SlowJoe on Tue, Aug 24, 2010 at 06:48:52 from 214.13.130.104

That's funny, I just noticed this week that I was gaming the system too. Because of the time difference and the fact that most people don't run on Sunday, I get in 2 runs before anyone else gets 1.

50 days left of P90x Burt - Chris is a mathematician so don't question it.

Although P90X may be 90 days total officially I don't think it is permissible to stop at 90 and think 'What could have been?" You need to get to 100, such a nice round number!

Getting to 100 days of p90x is a bit like running a marathon and not stopping until 200metres after the finish. It says "I will match your 26.2 miles marathon, and raise you 200m!"

Way to make a long story short.

Chris - I was about to question you. But somebody told me not to.

April - Do I detect a hint of sarcasm in your voice?

no comment.

Way to go X man. 50 days in a row is a big deal. You should build yourself a cake or something.

From Burt on Tue, Aug 24, 2010 at 12:14:56 from 206.19.214.144

Eric - if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. Thank you.

RT - I will. As soon as I shave off all my hair because I realized that's what's making my head so haut!

From Jason McK on Tue, Aug 24, 2010 at 12:29:34 from 63.255.173.99

I agree with ChrisM - 90 is awesome, but how could one stop a number so close to 10x10 (think Monk).
