Yesterday we had the sister missionaries over for dinner.  After that my MonaVie friends came over, and we talked a while.  I told them in order for me to get behind this, I would have to be really passionate about the product.  It's easy for me to be passionate about P90X because I can see the results.  But I'd have to consume the acai juice for a while to see if it makes any difference.  And I don't think I want to shell out $100 for a bottle.  Anyway, it was pretty late when I did my Yoga X routine.  Then I got up early this morning to run with Marathon Dreamer.  She's moving Thursday.  [insert sad face :( ]  She was feeling sore from all her miles and speed work, so we took it pretty slow.  My legs are kinda sore, too.  But then we picked it up at the end.

Time - 56:58 (avg. pace 9:25)

Splits - 9:40, 9:26, 9:33, 9:37, 9:35, 8:48, 0:19 for 0.05 (5:51 pace)

I think the kids at the bus stop thought we were nuts for stopping and waiting there.

Day 40 P90X - Legs and Back/Ab Ripper X - You have to be careful with this workout.  It can tweak your back.  I'm sure it's been the source of my back discomfort in the past.  40 days!  I've never stuck to anything this long.

The sisters over for dinner? No wonder you found some inner peace. They are sweet spirits you know. j/k

I really like what you're doing with P90. You are committed I can tell. :)

They should give you free samples for a month to see if the acai juice is any good...

And... did you know it is possible to add your own blog to your list of favorite blogs? (Check mine) I found this awesome guy called ChrisM!

Nice miles today, Burt.

Scott and Lily - have you ever seen Sons of Provo? "Ooh ooh, sweet spirit, you're so...nice. You may not appear it, but you're soul's a pearl of great price."

Chris - That ChrisM guy sounds cool. I mean really cool. He's a keeper.

Joe - thanks. Now if I can get a few miles in tomorrow. Don't know though because I'm going to the lake with the youth group.

Chris - I should also explain who I put on my Favorite Blogs list. I only put people on there that put me on theirs first. And they have to be an active blogger. You may see that my list dwindled yesterday as I did a small purge on some of the less active, let's call them inactive, bloggers. It made me sad.

have you seen the film amelie?

Reminds me of the scene where the guy erases people out of his address book, but that's because they died, I hope the bloggers did not, actually this wont cheer you up much...

Burt!! Why aren't I on your favorite blogs list? I thought I was your Ernie? I would add you to mine, but it doesn't let me!!!! I will try again this morning. Have a great time on the youth group trip!!
