It's awesome that your kids involved.

cool kids :)

From ChrisM on Mon, Aug 09, 2010 at 04:53:29 from 82.20.234.157

Cool pics! X stretch seems to be better for sweat levels!

What is the big 'McCumber' sign on the top of the kitchen unit?

From Burt on Mon, Aug 09, 2010 at 10:36:48 from 68.225.214.248

Mike - Yeah. It's fun. Except when they get in my way. LOL. However, they always seem to drop out when we get to arm circles.

Sam - thanks!

Chris - Sweat levels = 2. My sister-in-law made the sign for my wife last Christmas.

From Lily on Mon, Aug 09, 2010 at 11:27:34 from 67.199.181.73

that's really nice that someone made you a sign with the word Cucumber on it. Way to stretch it!

From ChrisM on Mon, Aug 09, 2010 at 11:29:51 from 82.20.234.157

Sweat level 2 is a good one. enough that you know you have worked out but not so much that your clothes are clammy/clinging against the skin etc

nice sign :D

From AZDesertmonsoon on Mon, Aug 09, 2010 at 11:43:23 from 204.17.31.126

It looks like you are rehersing some back street boys dance routine. Either that or showing your daughter how to check her blind spot.

Also props for the industrial type mop bucket. Way to not cave to the Swiffer marketing.

From Burt on Mon, Aug 09, 2010 at 11:52:08 from 206.19.214.144

Lily - It matches your wheat mill sign.

AZDM - That particular move is called 'backing up the car.' Seriously. And as for the mop bucket, I had just finished mopping an hour before dinner. Immediately after dinner, I did my stretching. We have an unspoken rule in my house to leave the mop water around until after dinner because inevitably somebody's going to spill something that we'll need to mop up.

From Lily on Tue, Aug 10, 2010 at 00:45:14 from 67.199.181.73

hahahah Allie, your comment is the funniest ever!

From Burt on Tue, Aug 10, 2010 at 01:04:11 from 68.225.214.248

Lily - I can't wait to meet you at a race in real life. I'll run a 10k while you do a half marathon. You should finish about the same time as me just in time for the biggest hug EVER!

From Lily on Tue, Aug 10, 2010 at 01:17:52 from 67.199.181.73

A big sweaty hug

From Scott Wesemann on Tue, Aug 10, 2010 at 03:40:52 from 75.162.85.132

Sunday Sinner!

Hey, I wanna hug.

From seeaprilrun on Tue, Aug 10, 2010 at 09:14:33 from 68.103.243.161

Nice that the kids are doing it with you--I see a knee on the couch--who's watching? And, who is the photographer? There are more people involved in this picture....

From Burt on Tue, Aug 10, 2010 at 10:25:53 from 68.225.214.248

You got it Scott. A manly hug, though.

April - My wife is taking the picture. "Aunt Dartell" (not really related) is the mystery knee girl. My oldest daughter Mary is sitting at the piano. You will also notice that we've started hanging pictures and various other decorations on the walls. I'm not sure what we're doing with all those fake plants yet.

From ChrisM on Tue, Aug 10, 2010 at 10:31:11 from 82.20.234.157

Are you allowed shoes on in your house? Tsk tsk...

From Marathon Dreamer on Tue, Aug 10, 2010 at 10:53:17 from 68.109.133.145

Burt... you crack me up!! Love the pics!! Thanks for sharing!!!

From Burt on Tue, Aug 10, 2010 at 11:30:48 from 68.225.214.248

Chris - Even the Japanese allow me to wear shoes in their houses.

MD - how you feeling after you 18 Sunday? Ready to go tomorrow?
