Decided to give running home another go.  I've yet to do it all the way.  Maybe if I hadn't put so many miles in already (for me) this week, I could've done it.  I saw 27 bunnies.  I named 9 of the Howard, 9 of them Dean, and 9 of them Sam.  My splits got increasingly slower even though I tried to start out at a slow pace.  This I know; once I hit the half way point I start a gradual climb uphill and instead of being on the road, it's in the dirt.  This slows me down big time and sucks the animo (as they say in Spain) right out of me.  Still, I'm glad I got the 11 plus in.  And with a brand new pair of Mizuno Wave Inspire 4's!!  The only shoe exclusively endorsed by Burt McCumber.  Look for it at all your sporting goods stores in the shoe aisle.

Nice mileage. Are you planning a half or a marathon this fall?

RAD - Believe the hype.

Sam - I nodded off at work once yesterday.

Steve - I'm chasing you down on the mileage board. Don't think I'm gonna catch you.

Paul - Es fantastico!

April - I haven't decided yet. I signed up to run SGM but didn't get selected. There's not a whole lot of other marathons out there that meet my criteria. JamesW showed me one in Mesquite NV in Nov. That looks interesting because you run through UT, AZ, and NV.
