Cool times Burt! Your pace is really good now. Keep up the good work!

From ryan shaul on Wed, Apr 08, 2009 at 12:39:37 from 70.196.115.95

Yes, the La means Louisiana. Gonna be hard adjusting to running in the heat! Thank goodness I have Kristle to keep me going!

From montelepsy on Wed, Apr 08, 2009 at 13:04:17 from 155.85.58.253

Dang Burt! Are you some kind of mutant? Slow down already.

From Rhett on Wed, Apr 08, 2009 at 18:10:50 from 170.215.58.122

I hope your not either. Soon this awsome weather will turn to 110 degrees and we'll be wishing we were up north. For now though, enjoy!! I'm loving it. I couldn't imagine better weather to train for Boston.

From kelli on Wed, Apr 08, 2009 at 18:44:53 from 71.219.84.191

3 miles exactly? REALLY???

From Burt on Wed, Apr 08, 2009 at 19:09:05 from 68.76.197.194

3 miles exact. I can't believe I actually run past my house now just to get that last 0.05 miles in. See what you've done to me??!!

From Kelli on Wed, Apr 08, 2009 at 19:10:40 from 71.219.84.191

I knew I could convert you to Running OCD.

From Bonnie on Thu, Apr 09, 2009 at 20:07:56 from 71.210.121.51

It is a great thing when you can run past your house!

110 degrees? Where? here in Arizona? I did not sign up for that (just kidding - I am dreading it but know all about it).

Burt - you aren't really hurt by what I wrote are you? I hope not, it wasn't my intention!

From Burt on Thu, Apr 09, 2009 at 20:55:26 from 98.167.151.26

Of course not. Don't be silly. But I do wonder if I've scared anyone off of the blog. Like, if someone signs up to get serious about their running, and they get bombarded by silliness. Hopefully not. You would think people blog for a bit of the social aspect, no?

From Bonnie on Fri, Apr 10, 2009 at 12:19:27 from 71.210.121.51

Burt - you haven't scared anyone away! You and Mike are the life of the fastrunningblog party. I find your discussions very informative.

From montelepsy on Sat, Apr 11, 2009 at 08:36:50 from 155.85.58.253

Looking svelte there, Burt!

From Burt on Sat, Apr 11, 2009 at 10:40:24 from 98.167.151.26

I like that adjective.

From montelepsy on Sat, Apr 11, 2009 at 10:41:50 from 155.85.58.253

I was trying to say swell, but I have an accent.

From Burt on Sat, Apr 11, 2009 at 10:49:23 from 98.167.151.26

Those are opposites. I'll take the first.

From Teena on Sat, Apr 11, 2009 at 23:12:15 from 67.177.20.13

Man Alive Burt!! Check out those splits ... your last mile was wicked fast!!

I am so so so jealous ... but so so so happy for you!! You own that!!

From Burt on Sat, Apr 11, 2009 at 23:27:03 from 98.167.151.26

Jealous? You're so much faster than I am. Are you pulling a Kelli on me? Maybe I'm faster than you are at the moment.

From montelepsy on Mon, Apr 13, 2009 at 00:20:10 from 155.85.58.253

What's with all the blogging and no running? The chili dogs, Rocky Road and root beer floats are going to catch you, Burt.

From Burt on Mon, Apr 13, 2009 at 00:27:27 from 98.167.151.26

Not to mention the Robin's eggs, seasonal M&M's, hard boiled eggs, cheese cake, and chocolate bunnies.

My wife and three oldest kids went to Mexico for the weekend. I haven't been able to get out. I need to get up early and go tomorrow.

From montelepsy on Mon, Apr 13, 2009 at 01:26:52 from 155.85.58.253

Yikes! Does she speak Spanish too?

From Burt on Mon, Apr 13, 2009 at 12:09:11 from 68.76.197.194

Nope. Which is really funny because she's gone to Mexico 6 or 7 times. I've never even been to Tucson.
