Still a good pace for not pushing it.

From Eric Day on Thu, Aug 13, 2009 at 12:49:20 from 189.192.179.35

Ditto to what Leandra said !

From sam Dean-Howard on Thu, Aug 13, 2009 at 13:35:08 from 90.201.147.65

From ChrisM on Thu, Aug 13, 2009 at 13:38:29 from 86.142.249.221

No sweat rating? Or was it off the chart?

From Burt on Thu, Aug 13, 2009 at 13:49:00 from 68.76.197.194

Leandra and Eric - thanks. You guys have faster paces than me lately.

Sam - It wasn't too bad. Just a breeze. Enough to slow me down considerably.

Chris - About a harlot in church on the run. With the breeze, about comfortably moist on the ride.

From Rhett on Thu, Aug 13, 2009 at 15:17:44 from 74.32.218.69

Nice run in the heat and humidity Burt. I heard you guys were getting some serious rain in the Phoenix area.

From Burt on Thu, Aug 13, 2009 at 15:19:35 from 68.76.197.194

I'm just hoping it dies down for the ride home.

From Eric Day on Thu, Aug 13, 2009 at 17:22:04 from 189.192.179.35

Burt, do you know where monte's blog went to?

From Burt on Thu, Aug 13, 2009 at 17:32:28 from 68.76.197.194

Eric - I must have ESP, because I was just thinking about that. I don't know. My guess is he made it private. I have him on FB, so I'll ask him.

From Steve Piccolo on Thu, Aug 13, 2009 at 17:43:49 from 155.100.160.248

Yeah, what Leandra said.

From Burt on Thu, Aug 13, 2009 at 22:23:30 from 98.167.151.26

That's because Leandra always says the right thing.

From Merri on Fri, Aug 14, 2009 at 10:29:37 from 160.7.234.108

I know exactly how that harlot in church feels.

From Burt on Fri, Aug 14, 2009 at 11:42:07 from 68.76.197.194

Merri! I'm glad I didn't have any boogers in my nose because they all would have come flying out just now.

From ChrisM on Fri, Aug 14, 2009 at 11:47:38 from 86.155.206.122

I'm not sure I could sleep at night with those 0.03 miles that went missing! LOL

From Burt on Fri, Aug 14, 2009 at 11:50:26 from 68.76.197.194

LOL! That probably means I didn't start my Garmin until I left the parking lot and crossed the road.

From auntieem on Fri, Aug 14, 2009 at 12:10:19 from 67.182.145.8

That's quite a bit of running and biking! Your ride to work is a really nice distance.
