9 and a quarter miles on the bicycle to work.  I haven't really rode my bike in over two years.  It felt great.

9 and three quarter miles on the bicycle on the way home from work.  I realized when I got on that my bum bum was sore from the ride to work.

It was 80° out at 10am when I wanted to go running.  But I pitter-pattered around until noon.  Then it was 89°, but I went anyway.  As I was running down the street, two ladies slowed down and started whistling and hooting at me.  One of them asked me if I wanted a ride.

This morning I met with two of my Napa Valley Ragnar teammates, Jess and Billy, and two of their friends, Stan and Lina.  We ran up South Mountain.  Well, we walked some of it, too.  But we got there at 5:30am to beat the heat.  It did get hot.  Or maybe I'm too much out of shape.  Anyway, it was a good time.

Good luck to those running the TOU Half Marathon.
