Today is National Runner's Day.  At least, I hope it is.  I've been telling everybody it was.  There was a Ragnar clinic tonight at 6pm that I decided to go to.  A group of about 25 runners showed up.  We started at Tempe Marketplace and ran down to Tempe Town Lake.  We all just ran for 20 minutes, then turned around and ran the other way.  I started my Garmin, but forgot that it was still set for bicycle.  So after 0.22 miles when I noticed I switched it over.  But it started the time over, so I had to just turn around when everyone else did.  It was a fun time even though it was about 90 degrees out.  Anyway, I'm going to be on a Vegas Ragnar team.  I think I am.  I hope so.  The nice thing is, it will be free because the lady is the local representative for Ragnar here in Phoenix.

Time - 41:28 (avg. pace 8:42)

Sam - I thought about you and Chris while I posted that. lol!

Lyns - make a Body with Banks Ragnar team. I know a good poster you can put on the side of the van...

Nice pace in 90 degrees! I'm amazed at how you don't whine about the heat--I will be for about the next 3 months

I thrive on the heat :)

Yeah but if Lyns did that I couldn't run on her ragnar team. I am not a body by banks chic. I've never once worked out with the dude!
