It's getting hot! Maybe I should be glad I'm injured.

From Toby on Mon, Jun 28, 2010 at 23:15:33 from 216.194.124.37

You were speedy today Burt!

Hawt!

From Burt on Tue, Jun 29, 2010 at 13:09:24 from 206.19.214.144

I was hoping I could go out and run in 108 temps like you Mike, but the best I could do was 101 Saturday.

From auntieem on Wed, Jun 30, 2010 at 11:24:36 from 24.18.77.246

Send some hot weather up north! We are freezing up here! I almost had to wear my winter running gear to the track this week.

From Burt on Wed, Jun 30, 2010 at 11:59:16 from 206.19.214.144

Be careful what you wish for Auntie.

From KP on Wed, Jun 30, 2010 at 14:19:05 from 65.208.22.25

when are you going to start training for another marathon?

From Burt on Wed, Jun 30, 2010 at 14:42:42 from 206.19.214.144

I don't have any marathons planned, therefore I'm not really training for one. Although, I'd really like to build up my mileage as if I were training for one. Does that make sense?

From KP on Wed, Jun 30, 2010 at 14:59:18 from 65.208.22.25

yes. i understand completely. so you should plan on doing one so you can build your mileage back up.

From Burt on Thu, Jul 01, 2010 at 12:25:04 from 206.19.214.144

Thanks for the nice comments everyone, but I actually cut this run short, because of a new pain in my back. I'm not sure if it's related to the old pain, but it's really been bugging me. I should probably go see a doctor, but that would require going and seeing a doctor.

From Scott Ensign on Thu, Jul 01, 2010 at 13:51:40 from 129.123.3.31

hey Burt. I like your art work with Cody. But I think he stole the look from Olivia Newton John. see the comment I just posted on his blog with a picture link. what do you think? do you have any insights on this in your extensive picture library?

From Burt on Thu, Jul 01, 2010 at 17:21:35 from 206.19.214.144

That's a perfect match Scott. Nice job.

Did you have that poster hanging on your wall growing up?

From Scott Ensign on Thu, Jul 01, 2010 at 20:36:38 from 65.100.217.150

thanks for thinking I am that young. But Physical came out in 1981. I spent that entire year as a missionary in Norway so never even heard it.

The poster I had as a kid was of course the famous farrah fawcett poster!
