Nice and easy recovery run.  Not really.  My lower back was bothering me.  I slept well over the weekend.  Two naps and no trouble falling asleep at the end of the day.  I saw Surgical-Mask Lady putting on her surgical mask.  That was kind of embarrassing.

Time - 47:24 (avg. pace 8:27)

Temp - 75

She doesn't run. She walks. I'm sure she doesn't want to catch Valley Fever. Lots of farms around here. Lots of dust.

Nice run. Sorry your back is hurting. I know I've said this before but some abwork might clear it right up. Feel better!

Good point April. I've been kind of lazy with my sit-ups over the last week.

I had some bad back pain last year, right after I started running. I still have lingering numbness in my right foot, but the physical therapy guys gave me some stretches which actually worked. I was skeptical but finally decided those guys know what they are doing. Every case is different, though.
