I started getting sick yesterday at work.  It always starts with my nose running off my face, then a headache, then a full-on body ache.  I got to the headache stage, but I didn't want to miss the clinic.  After running last night, I felt a little better, but I really slept in today.  I'm totally late for work right now, but oh well.  At least I got a small run in.  Since I knew I wasn't going very far, I took Ginger with me.  Oh my gosh that dog needs a ritalin!

Time - 11:51 (avg. pace 8:24)

**************************************************************************

17:01 for 2.55 on the bike to work.  I have to keep those sweat levels down.

LOL that is how my dog is when I take her for a run... but she can't usually go very long. Hope you get feeling better soon.

2.55 miles to work, you gotta love that!

Lori - I was afraid Ginger would get too tired. She was pulling so hard on the leash.

Mike - It's awesome.

KristEn - Sounds like good marathon training. :)

I hate being sick....I had a virus going on last Saturday during that race. I feel you.

I have to agree 2.5 from work is awesome. I'd run to work and back everyday.

From KP on Thu, Jun 03, 2010 at 17:35:29 from 65.208.22.26

all interstate. it's illegal for a non-motorized vehicle to use the interstate; meaning my legs... it would be like 35 miles to go around. i'm not ultra training yet...

Burt, sorry you got a cold, hope it doesn't last long. You have been battling one thing after another, all with good cheer of course.

From Scott Wesemann on Fri, Jun 04, 2010 at 12:42:16 from 66.239.250.209

I think you should count double miles for taking your dog. Sounds a lot like mine. Hope you get feeling better.

Seems like everyone is getting sick. I hope it is nothing big.

From RivertonPaul on Fri, Jun 04, 2010 at 13:59:14 from 67.42.27.114

Hope you are adjusting to the move.

From Burt on Fri, Jun 04, 2010 at 14:34:24 from 68.225.214.248

I don't think the sickness is too bad, but my lower back pain may put me out of commission for a while.
