Recovery run.  Nice and easy.  Still I felt winded after I was done.  It doesn't matter what the pace or what the speed sometimes.

Time - 26:03 (avg. pace 8:36)

Splits - 8:30, 8:43, 8:35, 0:16 for 0.03.

You still kept a nice AP in my book for an easy run! Ragnar takes more out of you than we first think. That no sleep hangs out in our bodies for a while!

From allie on Wed, Oct 27, 2010 at 15:40:06 from 174.23.195.124

what the hey.

From Burt on Wed, Oct 27, 2010 at 15:46:10 from 206.19.214.144

RAD - what are you talking about? You're faster than me.

allie - hay's for horses.

From anji on Wed, Oct 27, 2010 at 16:34:24 from 74.211.20.77

How did Ragnar go?

From JD on Wed, Oct 27, 2010 at 16:36:29 from 70.96.78.157

Aren't you always a little windy?

From Burt on Wed, Oct 27, 2010 at 16:44:00 from 206.19.214.144

anji - it was great! Read all about. :P

JD - gassy. I'm always a little gassy.

From runningafterbabies on Wed, Oct 27, 2010 at 16:50:49 from 24.10.211.135

I totally agree that sometimes pace and effort don't seem to mesh. Glad you took an easy day to recover from Ragnar.

From SlowJoe on Thu, Oct 28, 2010 at 02:08:37 from 84.11.148.245

Sometimes I threaten my lungs when they let me down like that. It seems to work every once and awhile but I think they are starting to figure out it's an empty threat.

From Rhett on Thu, Oct 28, 2010 at 14:02:54 from 216.67.221.157

If the pace or speed just doesn't matter, I say you run them at 5 minute miles so you can get it done faster.

From Burt on Thu, Oct 28, 2010 at 14:16:52 from 206.19.214.144

Melody - I'll be running with my Del Sol Ragnar team this afternoon. We'll see if I'm feeling good then. I feel great now.

Joe - What do you threaten them with? Smoking two packs a day?

Rhett - You are a genius!

From seeaprilrun on Thu, Oct 28, 2010 at 16:02:56 from 68.103.249.204

Hey now, my lungs get nervous if I threaten to smoke, been there done that.

From SlowJoe on Thu, Oct 28, 2010 at 16:19:32 from 214.13.130.104

No, nothing as dramatic as smoking cigarettes. I tell them I going to stab them with a knife, Ese.

From allie on Thu, Oct 28, 2010 at 23:26:53 from 174.23.195.124
