Did you just lose a bunch of weight? Your blog title hints to that. You look buff.

Leslie - thanks for the ego boost. A little over two years ago I weighed 254 pounds. I went on a crash diet for two months and lost 42 lbs. Over the next couple of years I managed to maintain that weight by running. Then at the end of last year (during Christmas time) I gained about 10 lbs. and decided it was time to do another diet. I got down to about 192. With Easter I'm up a little bit to 197, but am confident that I can get back down again once I start eating better again. Hmmm...when do I want to start? Gotta get rid of all the Easter candy first. LOL.

That is awesome. Enjoy the last of the jelly beans!

Your kids are cute, but that last picture of Emily is darling. Can I say darling without sounding like a sissy? Imagine I said it in a very deep voice.

From leslie on Fri, Apr 24, 2009 at 12:31:57 from 76.23.61.78

Nice deep voice, not a bit sissy!

I think he pulled if off Leslie. Anyone with a US Air Force jumbo jet in the profile pic just can't seem sissy.

Have you had a white hot?

What's a white hot?
