Burt,

just a fun story to share with you. This morning as I was getting ready to go to the gym my daughter said "I just think I should sing it". She started laughing (she's in 3rd grade) and I questioned her about what she wanted to do. Finally she told me that when it's an inside day at school and they can't go in the gym her teacher plays a song that they exercise to *giggle, giggle* it's says "go you chicken fat go!" *more giggling*. So I got on your blog and played the song for her and now all she wants to do is listen to it over and over again. I'm not old enough to have known the song, but I guess she is! So, your blog has helped a lazy morning around our house make the chicken fat go away! Thanks :)

Brent - It will be nice to do a marathon where we get the hills out of the way early.

RAD - you just made my day :)

I love stingrays theyre so sultry the way they move :O

Hey I gotta get these p90's now I am doing more core and stuff, I wanna know how hard is the plyo's one??

Merri - you have to admit, it's a more catchy tune than anything Lady Gaga sings.

Sam - it took a little bit for the kids to be brave enough to pet them. But then when it was time to feed them, none of them would do it. I finally held one girl's arm under the water and the stingray started nibbling on her fingers. LOL!

Oooh, let's name the zones, the zones, the zones. Let's name the zones of the open sea. Ohh, You'd better stay with me. mesopolagic, bathyal, abyssalpelagic. All the rest are too deep for you and me to see.

Huh, I wonder where my class has gone? We're under here!, We're under here!, We're under here! Oh, there you are. Climb aboard, explorers.

Oh, knowledge exploring is oh so lyrical, when you think thoughts that are empirical.

Good job, Burt.

Hey, Burt. How is the p90x going?

From Burt on Sun, Apr 04, 2010 at 11:18:56 from 98.177.220.145

It's going pretty good, Kelli. I've decided. Now I'm committed. I need only to succeed.

From Kelli on Mon, Apr 05, 2010 at 14:13:22 from 71.219.92.128

Are they as hard as they look? remember, I have only watched most of them!!!

From Burt on Mon, Apr 05, 2010 at 14:17:29 from 206.19.214.144

They're pretty hard, but doable. The thing is, on a lot of them you can pace yourself. Like I only do 12 pullups compared to their 30 each time. I do maybe 6 pushups so I'm not dead by the time it's over, etc.

From Kelli on Mon, Apr 05, 2010 at 14:44:36 from 71.219.92.128

I guess I should try that with the abs one, maybe it would not kill me!!!

From Burt on Mon, Apr 05, 2010 at 15:07:32 from 206.19.214.144

Ab Ripper X. I hate it. But I love it.
