No songs in my head this morning, thank goodness.  I set my alarm to get up at 4am this morning, but I wasn't about to drag myself out of bed on 3 hours of sleep.  We've decided to do monthly interviews starting yesterday evening with my kids.    Surprisingly the kids really got into them, especially the younger ones.  So I didn't get to bed until 11:30pm.  I flipped between Jesse James is a Dead Man, Charm School, and Sports Center until midnight.  Then the baby kept me up until 1am.  I think she's starting to get sick.  This is how it usually starts.

It made me tired reading your blog, lol. Great dedication getting out anyway. Hey, also looks like your weight is coming down?

Hey Mike. I read your blog this morning, but didn't comment on it. My wieght has been up and down lately. I think it would really start to drop if I had just a bit more consistency in my running. I don't know I was down 2 lbs this morning after the brownie a la mode last night.

Burt, Didn't know you had a baby. How old is he/she? I've got an 8 month old girl and fortunately she sleeps very well these days.

Good mile splits on very little rest and dealing with heat! We look at 89 degrees a few times a year is all.

From Burt on Tue, Jul 14, 2009 at 13:38:54 from 68.76.197.194

She's not really a baby. She's 2 and a half, but she has Down Syndrome and is about the size of a 15 month old. As far as the heat goes, that's about the low. I think it got up to 113 yesterday!

Charm School, eh? What about Daisy of Love?

From Burt on Tue, Jul 14, 2009 at 13:44:00 from 68.76.197.194

Is that over yet? Who won? Sinister? I was hoping for 12 pack. Oh my gosh, Daisy is so blech!
