Yesterday was my daughter's birthday and she wanted to go to Golden Corral.  I ate way too much.  I've been dieting lately, so this was not a good idea.  I think my body was not used to the large amount of food I had just consumed, so I wasn't feeling well.  I didn't eat breakfast this morning, and I got out the door to run at 11:40am.  I felt terrible.  After the run my nose clogged up and I felt worse.  I hope I'm not getting pneumonia again, but it seems like it happens every year about this time.

All you can eat, doesn't mean it is a competition to see how much you can eat. Walk away from the buffet!

Pneumonia = bad. Golden Corral = good. Is there anything they DON'T have?

From Burt on Sat, Feb 14, 2015 at 09:57:47 from 184.101.110.192

The only thing they don't have is a golden corral.

A little bit. Albuterol helps.

Bummer on getting sick.

I have some primitive instinct when I go to a buffet that I must eat as much as I can and try everything at least once, but twice if it's good. They never end well for me. I have to just stay home when people go to a buffet.

Hope your belly and lungs are both better.

From Burt on Tue, Feb 17, 2015 at 11:32:31 from 184.101.110.192

Thanks QP. You get me. Belly is good. Lungs are a work in progress.
