When I started running I was thinking how nice it felt to put some quality miles in within the last five days.  But around mile 3 the fatigue started to set in.  I think I'll just do an easy 3 tomorrow.

I saw a new Lady Liberty this morning.  And she really was a lady.  Also, I believe she was a Native American.  Can't get much better than that.

Pace - 9:09

Nice run Burt, quality miles while looking at a quality lady.

From Burt on Mon, Jan 30, 2012 at 13:40:03 from 68.14.209.26

I'm all about looking at quality ladies, like the ladies on Saved by the Bell.

From ACorn on Mon, Jan 30, 2012 at 13:53:19 from 174.19.60.130

Kelly, Lisa and Jessie are pure class. Good miles lately Burt!

From Burt on Mon, Jan 30, 2012 at 13:54:40 from 68.14.209.26

And they've only gotten classier over time. Am I right? Am I right?

From Chad Robinson on Mon, Jan 30, 2012 at 13:56:24 from 50.73.39.89

I don't know let me check IMDB....

From ACorn on Mon, Jan 30, 2012 at 14:02:17 from 174.19.60.130

Well I give the first 2 a pass, Jessie may need a PPI.

From Burt on Mon, Jan 30, 2012 at 14:02:22 from 68.14.209.26

Just checked myself. Yep. Can't go wrong with such quality family programming as Show Girls, Beverly Hills 90210, Robot Chicken. I've never watched them, but I'm sure they help build family values.

From Chad Robinson on Mon, Jan 30, 2012 at 14:04:39 from 50.73.39.89

Oh no! What is Jessie doing? Please make it stop!

From Burt on Mon, Jan 30, 2012 at 14:14:36 from 68.14.209.26

Chad - I've got this old timey song stuck in my head for some reason. You may have heard of the band, Poison. They're a classical rock and roll group famous in the 80's. They may be before your time. Anyway, the song is Fallen Angel. I just can't get it out of my head.

From Chad Robinson on Mon, Jan 30, 2012 at 14:55:23 from 50.73.39.89

I had to youtube it (know the group a little the song). That is one heck of a kick to the southern region!

From Tara on Mon, Jan 30, 2012 at 19:38:11 from 75.169.154.92

Burt- Quality ladies don't have substance abuse issues like Jessie did on Saved by the Bell when she sang, "I'm so excited", while taking caffeine pills. I had to stop watching after that.

From Burt on Mon, Jan 30, 2012 at 19:39:37 from 68.14.209.26

She should have won an Emmy for that performance.

From SlowJoe on Mon, Jan 30, 2012 at 20:34:13 from 74.195.74.62

I love that caffeine pill episode. My wife told me she took a caffeine pill one time and I sent her a link to the youtube of that episode to let her know what a serious risk she was taking.

There is so much to learn from those kids. So much to learn.

From Tara on Mon, Jan 30, 2012 at 20:41:57 from 75.169.154.92

I work in the ER and saw a pt today and asked if she used any substances.she sheepishly admitted to using caffeine. I hate substance abuse! It can make you down right hyper.

From Steam8 on Mon, Jan 30, 2012 at 20:42:43 from 166.70.55.77

No fan of fatigue! Nice run!

From Burt on Mon, Jan 30, 2012 at 20:51:51 from 72.223.87.73

PT - pregnant teen or potty trained?

Amy - we're talking about the dangers of caffeine, not running.

From Camille on Tue, Jan 31, 2012 at 13:22:49 from 71.223.99.43

great... now I have Saved by the Bell's theme song in my head.

From Burt on Tue, Jan 31, 2012 at 13:28:10 from 174.254.12.46

it's all right...try not to be at the corner just in time to see the bus drive by.

From allie on Thu, Feb 02, 2012 at 19:14:31 from 97.126.211.101

what is "saved by the bell"?

From allie on Thu, Feb 02, 2012 at 19:15:34 from 97.126.211.101

don't forget to check on steve piccolo. he got a new job.

From Burt on Thu, Feb 02, 2012 at 20:08:42 from 72.223.87.73

I'm not sure. Some chick was talking about it the other day on Tara's blog. Thanks for the heads up about Steve.

From Tara on Thu, Feb 02, 2012 at 21:55:36 from 75.169.154.92

Burt- Pt= patient. Some chick?

Allie- you have to know what Saved By the Bell is. If not, then you should watch to learn some very valuable lessons. Slow Joe uses that show to teach morals in his family. Very powerful.

From julieesplin on Fri, Feb 03, 2012 at 13:44:06 from 75.169.165.115

Burt, if you were dangerously adventuous as a teenager you could be Allie's dad. She's too young to remember "Saved By the Bell."

From The Quiet Pirate on Fri, Feb 03, 2012 at 15:06:13 from 152.26.59.252

Working in a high school, I get to be "IN" saved by the bell every day. That show hasn't got anything on my daily adventures in the creek!

Glad you had time to run & blog- how nice you got to see the lovely lady liberty.

From Burt on Fri, Feb 03, 2012 at 20:54:48 from 72.223.87.73

Julie - Well, I am attracted to allie's mom.

QP - Do you have a crush on Mr. Belding?

From DaleG on Fri, Feb 03, 2012 at 23:40:33 from 152.216.7.5

Nice run, fraud...I mean, friend.

From SlowJoe on Tue, Feb 07, 2012 at 13:51:38 from 132.3.53.68

Tara - in addition to teaching morals it's also a compass for fashion. All my clothes are still acid washed.

Burt - do something, we need a new adventure. BTW, I saw our lady liberty today, but she/he was overshadowed by the giant wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube man they also had there.

From Rhett on Tue, Feb 07, 2012 at 21:14:57 from 74.32.209.119

That is a much less confusing Lady Liberty. Nice running.

From Burt on Wed, Feb 08, 2012 at 19:28:38 from 72.223.93.158

Dale - Freudian slip?

Joe - It's a sad day in our country's existence when flailing arm tube man outshines Lady Liberty.

Rhett - I'm just glad she's happy that we stole this country from her people.

From Burt on Wed, Feb 08, 2012 at 19:30:07 from 72.223.93.158

Also Joe, I've got an adventure in my latest entry that I believe is worthy of your approval.
