Week in review:

31 miles running

105 miles biking

I went out with Otis again this morning.  He did the same route we did yesterday.  I left him after 1.8 miles to do my 7.66.  We were running at about a 10 minute pace.  After I left Otis I tried to pick it up some, but it was hard getting out of the funk.  That's a fun word.

funk, funk, funk, funk, funk, funk, funk, funk, funk.

Thant was kind of fun, but by then end I was perilously close to saying a bad word that would have not been fun at all.

I noticed you only said it 9 times fast. 10 times would've got ya.

Funky. Guess you didn't want to let Otis sprint with you at the end.

At first I thought Otis was your dog. Then I read your previous post.

Nice work

To celebrate your week I'm now singing along to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=izWRKl06XEY after you mentioned the word FUNK! :)

From Brent on Sun, Aug 16, 2009 at 16:31:17 from 66.7.127.219

Burt, one pound gain - some motivation:

Do 1 pushup for every prairie dog

Do 10 pushups for every runner you pass that does not say hello

Run circles around Otis

No junk, junk, junk, junk, junk, junk, junk, junk, junk, punk food.

No losers - come on Burt - PRs can be had, drop the poundage.

Stay Kool, think thin, B of BS Rools out
