Good job BURT! Back to running you go. Steer clear of those lizards, they might jump on you!

Well my race was only 1.5 miles of running, so I thought it would be fitting to have my cool down be 5 times longer than the race. LOL!

From runanjirun on Fri, May 22, 2009 at 00:27:40 from 74.211.23.124

Ya, I really need to do those things to. I really need to up my base mileage to. Some weeks are better than others. Your running looks pretty darn good. Thanks for the advice.

Are you going to do any other marathons this fall? I did Top of Utah Marathon once and LOVED it

From Burt on Fri, May 22, 2009 at 01:00:54 from 98.167.151.26

I did TOU once and hated it. LOL. There is one in November I'm looking in to. It starts out near St. George and ends up in Mesquite. Like you I need to increase my base mileage. If I can, I'll seriously consider doing it.

From runanjirun on Fri, May 22, 2009 at 14:18:02 from 74.211.23.124

thats funny. I think TOU was my favorite because It was my first marathon. I also did Tucson in decemeber a couple yrs back, wasn't my fav, but doable! good luck
