10k - 48:29 (5/9/2009 Race for Hospice)

1/2 marathon - 1:49:00 (4/4/2009 Havasu Half)

Marathon - 4:33:09 (11/21/2009 Mesquite Marathon)

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a half marathon in under two hours.

Run a marathon in close to 4 hours.

Stay healthy long enough to live through the millenium.

I took Ginger with me this morning.  It's been a while for her.  She knew exactly what to do.  On the way home I let her drink from the magic water fountain.  By which I mean I took a swig and spit it in her mouth.

My first thought was that Ginger must be your dog. Then I realized I was jumping to conclusions and have come up with a list of other options. Many of which are not appropriate for a public forum. Either way, I'm sure she loved the mother bird MWF refreshing beverage.

Allie- that explains SO much! When I got the email about party hats, the hat was there. But when I looked on the web site- no hat. Magic water fountain meets FRB- and now we have magic disappearing hats.
