I saw a very unflattering picture of myself on Facebook yesterday.  Seriously!  I know why I got to this point, but still, seriously?  Err!  Well, I guess I have some decisions to make.  I'm not sure unflattering pictures need to be the catalyst for making those decisions, but whatever it takes.  Anyway, a nice easy run again.  It didn't feel easy, but the pace was.  I probably need to do some sort of cardio workout in the afternoons, also.

An unflattering facebook picture? I'll be right back, gotta go check it out. Also, that's why you post selfies, only ones I trust!;)

As long as I don't get tagged in the picture, hopefully you'll never see it.

Most of my pictures are sweaty, early morning mountain runs. I wish that if I ran more I would look younger. :-)

Sister Neasts, you look so young. I can't believe you have a son on a mission.

Hey, whatever. If that gets you running again, that's okay.

Unflattering photos is the reason 2 people I know did something to lose weight. Not being able to climb out of a Mustang convertible was another reason I've heard of. Whatever gets you to the magic water fountain.
