I'm going to be sore in the morning.  I know that because I'm sore right now.  I ran home from work.  I plan on riding my bike back to work in the morning.  There's a 90% chance of rain.  I hope it's not until the afternoon.

Good job, Burt. I'm proud of you.

Don't make me cry Dale.

This is more serious running than I expected from you. Now I'll have to consider one upping you tomorrow.

Hmmm...I think that was a compliment, Tracy. Was it?

Burt,

8.21 miles - Excellent! If this means you are feeling better, glad to hear it. I wish I lived that close to work. I would be running home from work frequently if that were the case.

From Tracy on Fri, Jan 25, 2013 at 20:25:22 from 209.175.177.37

I don't even know anymore.

PRE - ride your bike. Also, sorry about all the bad stuff that happened in your state.

Burt,

Hi. Thanks for the comment about Sandy Hook. I think about that every day. And probably would no matter where that happened. Be well. Talk to you soon.
