Are you flexible like a pretzel now?

From Burt on Sun, Jan 24, 2010 at 15:28:08 from 98.177.216.165

Actually it feels great AuntieEm. There were a few painful stretches, but not too bad.

KP - oh my gosh, I can barely reach my toes, but this one lady in the DVD had an 8" yoga block under her foot that she was grabbing. Crazy!

You have an overly active imagination, Sam. Either that or you've come to expect too much from me. LOL!

Burt I do have an overactive imagination, and an over active brain that needs to be on the go all the time running helps LOL

From Little Engine That Could on Sun, Jan 24, 2010 at 21:26:41 from 68.98.198.29

how is the p90x going for you? I picked it up a few weeks ago and it kicked my bottom side after a few days. how are you feeling now? Sore? Do you still look forward to doing your workouts every day??

From Burt on Sun, Jan 24, 2010 at 23:17:59 from 98.177.216.165

I think the thing that's making me come back is that I'm seeing and feeling the results. But it's a tough commitment. It's at least an hour a day. My mileage really suffered last week.
