Crikey!  I almost forgot to blog today!  My phone battery died right when I hit save for my Runkeeper activity.  But it looks like it saved, so I'm good.  I ran up to McKellips today.  Don't know why I don't do that more often since it's uphill to there and downhill back.  Actually I do know.  It's because there are more roads to cross.  It was 82º by the time I got out the door.  I brought another water bottle which fit comfortably in my pocket.  When I started running, it felt like a recovery run.  So I went with it.  Nice and slow.  And hot.

Emily wanted to go running with me this morning, too.  She didn't make it very far, but she did pose for a bunch of fake running pictures :)

Great timing on my part!

Emily has good form.

Do your shorts get longer with age?

From Rye on Wed, May 28, 2014 at 18:46:46 from 97.121.36.221

SlowJoe....from a guy that played basketball in the 80's the shorts that we wear now should be jammies.

Joe - If only you'd seen the other pictures of Emily's form. And yes. Soon yours too will be to your ankles.

This is a MUCH cuter picture than the other one I saw today!

You think I'm cute?

From Tracy on Thu, May 29, 2014 at 05:49:50 from 50.103.234.158

No, Rudolph. The other picture I viewed of you was not cute.

Emily, on the other hand, is adorable.

What a cutie pie! Who is that old man with her? Are those astronaut shorts?

From Rhett on Fri, May 30, 2014 at 10:45:01 from 24.121.0.8

Cute photo. Is that a Barcelona jersey? Go Spain for the repeat in the World Cup?

From Burt on Fri, May 30, 2014 at 11:07:34 from 97.117.255.39

QP - That old man is me. I took a selfie. From the moon.

Rhett - Indeed it is. Visca Barca!

From The Quiet Pirate on Fri, May 30, 2014 at 11:31:47 from 152.26.230.52

I'd suspected as much.

You two are quite the duo. I like your shorts, don't listen to the haters.

Thanks Corndogelius. That's why you're my favorite. Today.
