Almost a progression run.  Hammy didn't bother me too much, but I could still feel it looming in the background.  I stopped once at the magic water fountain and again at the disgusting bathroom.  When I was almost home a neighbor girl saw me.  She must be 4 or so.  She shrugged her shoulders, threw her arms up in the air, and said, "Why are you still running around in circles?"  I told her because I love it!

Time - 47:34 (avg. pace 8:44)

Splits - 9:00, 8:47, 8:49, 8:40, 8:31, 3:47

Cute girl. Unfortunately, they say what everybody else is thinking.

Little kids always ask why are u running? But isn't that what little kids do all the time?

From Brent on Sun, Oct 30, 2011 at 16:15:41 from 66.7.127.67

Burt, are not we always running in some sort of circle? Compression sleeve for the hammy, does help.

Stay Kool, B of BS Rool sout

what is a progression run? Sofa to the fridge, to the bathroom, to the sofa, out the door, start thinking about running, then run.

Glad to hear the hammy was good to you today!

What's wrong with the hamstring??

I think I must be an expert in tight hamstrings and I should have a stretch for you in stock.

Running in circles means your crazy like the rest of us.

I always thought you were different Burt. Like we all run in circles, I figured you ran in squares or octagons or something. Get a eggnog latte from Rattletrap, it will help the Hammy.

Haha! That is cute! Nice run Burty...even if you are running in circles.
