A little more than yesterday.  A little slower than yesterday.  I usually like to run in the floodway, but with the recent storms we've had, it's, wouldn't you know, flooded.  So I ran on the east maintenance road of the RWCD canal.  When I got to Main Street I turned around.  I actually touched the gate before I turned around because somehow, if I hadn't touched the gate, the entire run would have not counted.

Found this video of Julie at the 2010 Top of Utah finish.  She had quite the muscle spasm after finishing.  And I think the clock broke.

Yea, something like that.

I didn't feel well that day and at mile 19 I swore off marathons forever. I had done that several times. That was a PR at the time and I didn't even enjoy it.

Afterwards I felt so guilty that I was ungrateful. I changed my attitude after that race. I don't think it's anything other people notice, but I think differently.

Thanks for the memories Burt!

Sounds like allie in her recent victory at Deseret News. You have a great attitude. :)

So yeah. I have no idea why the Chinese love her so much. Yeah.

I bet you've been breaking I to people's houses to use their computers to bump up that number. Is Arizona anywhere near China?

From Burt on Tue, Jul 29, 2014 at 13:33:27 from 184.101.126.100

Kind of. If you start digging, eventually you'll get to hell. Keep digging more and you'll get to Arizona. Dig some more and you'll get back to hell. And finally dig some more and you'll make it to China.
