Looking good Burt. You are going to kill it in Mesquite.

From Rhett on Wed, Nov 18, 2009 at 13:51:08 from 74.42.168.210

Burt your creative. I'm sure you came up with your own lyrics. So have you started dreaming about the big race yet?

From Burt on Wed, Nov 18, 2009 at 14:30:38 from 12.231.112.98

Thanks Matt.

Rhett - I have had dreams. I dreamt I sat next to Mary Ann on the bus ride up. Then I was running alongside Walter, but in my head I was saying I shouldn't be running this fast because I'm going to crash. Oddly enough, I felt great. Then the other night I was having this dream that I was running as hard as I could, but wasn't getting anywhere (you know the one.) I must have known it was a dream because I forced myself to go faster and I started passing people.

I always love the pre marathon dreams, and with your active imagination, I figured you'd had some cool ones. Keep us posted.

From Lybi on Wed, Nov 18, 2009 at 16:12:54 from 70.190.199.29

Goooo Burt! I'd say your dream about passing people is on its way to becoming reality. Good luck.

From Burt on Wed, Nov 18, 2009 at 17:18:43 from 12.231.112.98

Rhett - as a rule I've been instructed not to share my dreams with others. That's what they told me at work. Something to do with harrassment or whatever. I wasn't really paying attention. Nonetheless, here's a dream I shared with Kory: http://wheakory.fastrunningblog.com/blog-Ran-hilly-route-up-Chubbuck-road-down-Ol/10-08-2009.html

Lybi - I hope so. It was your husband that convinced me to give this marathon a shot. You know, the one you're so lovey-dovey with.

From Rhett on Wed, Nov 18, 2009 at 17:24:58 from 74.42.168.210

Thanks for the laugh Burt.

From Merri on Wed, Nov 18, 2009 at 17:58:19 from 67.199.179.247

which hotel are you staying in? If i send you some money could you "take care of it" for me?? :)

From Burt on Wed, Nov 18, 2009 at 18:30:31 from 12.231.112.98

Merri - Oh, I'll take care of it, don't you worry. And I'll do it pro bono. Tho' actually I'm staying at fellow blogger's house Gary Culver. I've never met him before, but I took a chance at Rhett's house once, and he turned out to not be a psychopathic killer. I'm hoping the same holds true for Gary.

From Rhett on Wed, Nov 18, 2009 at 18:58:38 from 74.42.168.210

Are you sure about that Burt?

From Burt on Wed, Nov 18, 2009 at 19:05:01 from 12.231.112.98

Well....I'm still alive. You did have that crazy shifty eye thing going on. And you seemed to laugh at things that didn't need to be laughed at.

From Brent on Wed, Nov 18, 2009 at 19:20:41 from 204.113.19.55

Mama, would want you to dream a little of me, without the papas. Dreaming during the marathon, well, stay focused on the real race for a few hours.

Stay Kool, Dream Geanie, B of BS Rools out
