This morning I ran with the BIG time.  ben and eightkidmom were in town.  They just ran the Saint George Marathon last week so they were wanting to do a nice slow five miles.  Well, ben did.  Perfect for me.  I made sure they ran slow.  We ran down the canal for two and a half miles while they listened to my sad boring stories.  I, for one, had a good time.  I couldn't have run any faster.  I wonder what my chiropractor is going to say.

I purposely exaggerated that smile in order to add a touch of class that adds elegance and style to the picture.

I think you should plan on St. George next year.

You're right. I should choke.

Choke... That's what I keep telling him too! And yes... that was a very happy day. I almost pushed Burt in the water!

Ben- maybe if you tried a little harder next time, Burt could practice his swim for his triathalon training.

Burt- a picture is worth a thousand words..most of them that are coming to mind are nose hair and teeth.

I can't believe eightkidmom has 8 kids, runs, has all her hair, and looks so pretty! She is my new hero. Plus she got to meet you, so there's that too.

Luckily there was a rail for me to grab on to. QP, you remind me of Macaulay Culkin. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YZMWgW6QNuw

Go, you chicken fat, go! love that jingle :-) I'm going to sing it to my kids while I whip them into shape during UEA weekend.
