Day 54 P90X - Core Synergistics - I started this workout at 6pm.  That's about 4 hours earlier than I usually do.  I thought it would be great to get it done early and have the rest of the evening to do whatever I want.  The bad thing was a couple of my wife's friends came over.  Now I'm not shy about working out in front of people, but the dam burst, and I started sweating buckets.  Look at me, the gross sweaty guy in the wife beater shirt!

Good luck to Marathon Missy and Eightkidmom and Ben? as they do their half ironman tomorrow!

P90X? How is that going for you? Congrats for sticking with it. Most of the folks who start that often don't make it to the end of the first week.

RT - I think that guy is the mouthpiece for all Americans.

Kory - I hope you're getting better. How did your accident happen? Were you running?

Deb - It's going great. I started in January and made it 11 days. Then I stopped to focus on training for the Ragnar. Then I started again a few months later and got to day 23. Had to stop again because I moved. Now I've been doing it every day for the last 54 days.

April - I would have done my workout without a shirt on, but knowing that people were coming over, I had to wear one.

Chris - my son and two of his friends did Kenpo X the other night. I should post pictures.
