I wanted to run at an 8:15 pace this morning, but I ended up going at an 8 pace.  I was kind of a punk this morning.  I was stopped at a stop light waiting for the light to turn green.  Some lady tried to turn right as it changed, and I faked like I was going to run out in front of her causing her to slam on the brakes and let me go.  I suppose I could've stared her down and gave her a mean look, but I'm not that much of a jerk, :)

Time - 44:55 (avg. pace 7:59)

1 mile - 7:56

2 mile - 8:03

3 mile - 8:01

The slamming was enough.

Keep the miles piling, almost at 300!

Wow nice pace! You probably shouldn't play games with people in cars. They don't always end up good.

When you get hit, call me and I'll help you sue the driver.

Let me first start by saying I am glad you did not get hit. Secondly, Paul, I am going to keep you in mind for when I get hit. Thirdly, I would have done the same thing, but hit her car and given her a dirty look. Apparently, running brings out all of my pent up aggression ;D I wish I could turn the aggression in to SPEED!!!

LOL. I had no intention of actually going out in front of her. I'm a very defensive runner. But I can also be a very animated drama queen in my attempts to make people feel like they almost killed me.

hahhaa oh dear, I just keep running and put my hand up, its up to them if they want to stop I mean its harder to stop running than to slow down in the car! come on PEEPS! ok Ill admit it sometime's I do stop only when they look like they wanna kill me!

Then I could stop wearing Body Glide. Could be a good investment...

Marion... not red, hot pink!!! :o)

Nice miles and pace this morning!!! And I could totally see you doing that to that poor little lady at the light. Okay, maybe she wasn't poor... she did have a car and should have been watching.
