Well, I didn't really want to say anything about this run, but I must.  It hurt.  But I'm bound and determined to make this a fresh new start.  No adventures today.  All business.

i've said it before - your name spelled backwards is the phonetic first syllable of trouble.

keep it up Burt. jennifer lopez wants you to run!

From Burt on Mon, Mar 26, 2012 at 14:09:36 from 72.223.93.158

Your name spelled backwards is DJ, as in DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince.

Burt,

Glad to see you got a run in today. With the illness, work schedule, minimal mileage of late, I was thinking maybe you were going to be giving running up. So again, glad to see you getting out there. Hope you soon feel well enough and find some time to get additional miles in there. Miss hearing about your "encounters."

From Burt on Mon, Mar 26, 2012 at 17:43:51 from 72.223.93.158

Thanks PRE, but I can't give up yet. I've contemplated what would happen if I do, and the negatives of giving up outweigh the positives.

All business, just like the front part of a mullet.

Hey Burt,

Just checking in, it's been a while. Sick and tired or tired and sick? Slacker!

From Burt on Tue, Mar 27, 2012 at 00:38:41 from 72.223.93.158

Joe - at least you made me laugh. That's all that counts.

Rye - That's the kind of motivation I need.

Cant think of any witty comments but glad your back at it.

From Burt on Tue, Mar 27, 2012 at 10:11:01 from 72.223.93.158

Thanks James. No witty comment required today. Remember, I'm all business.
