Can't win for losing.  I'm gonna try running tomorrow.  Bronchitis sucks.  Please no pity comments.  Save them for RAD.  She just had a birthday.

The flu season is late this year, that might be part of it.

From Tara on Fri, Feb 17, 2012 at 16:01:46 from 159.212.71.25

I pitty the fool:)

From Burt on Fri, Feb 17, 2012 at 16:20:13 from 72.223.93.158

Flat - I need to go back on my blog and see when this happened to me last year. Or was it the year before that?

Tara - I pity the fool that doesn't know how to spell pity.

From Chad Robinson on Fri, Feb 17, 2012 at 16:25:50 from 50.73.39.89

"I pity the fool who is illogical."

From april27 on Fri, Feb 17, 2012 at 19:28:06 from 99.188.251.180

Get back to running

From RAD on Fri, Feb 17, 2012 at 23:21:00 from 98.202.23.178

I pity the fool that doesn't wish me a Happy Birhtday! :)

Thanks Burty Burt. I have no pity for you, just hopes that you feel better and get back on the running wagon soon. We all miss you.

From DaleG on Fri, Feb 17, 2012 at 23:49:05 from 152.216.3.5

I pity da fool who be a fool, fool.

From Steve Piccolo on Sat, Feb 18, 2012 at 15:33:55 from 67.2.64.33

I have had Bronchitis, too. Hope you feel better soon.

From Burt on Sat, Feb 18, 2012 at 19:45:55 from 174.235.198.252

I really used to think Mr. T was the toughest man on the planet. Then Chuck Norris kicked my butt.

I'm starting to think this whole Ragnar thing could be a disaster.

From The Quiet Pirate on Mon, Feb 20, 2012 at 10:40:03 from 152.26.59.252

I'm thinking an "A-team" themed Ragnar team sounds great. Not A for Asthma brought on by running with bronchitis, but A for Awesome fun with gold chains and wife beaters.

RAD- sorry you had a birthday while Burty Burt was sick. He would have bought you a better gift if he'd been feeling better. You know he'll use his illness to try and rationalize why he won't be able to consume as many rootbeer floats as us.

From ACorn on Mon, Feb 20, 2012 at 20:35:23 from 24.2.76.146

Nice job on deflecting the pity to RAD, very kind of you. Hope you're feeling better amigo!

From RAD on Tue, Feb 21, 2012 at 20:46:42 from 98.202.23.178

well, I'm a week older and QP is 3 floats richer and you've just gotten a lot of pity :) You gonna try and keep up with us or you gonna chicken out Burty Burt? :)

From Tara on Wed, Feb 22, 2012 at 21:22:10 from 75.169.146.69

From runningafterbabies on Tue, Feb 28, 2012 at 12:48:02 from 71.195.219.247

Awww. Poor Burt. Sick=frowny face :(

From Burt on Tue, Feb 28, 2012 at 13:04:31 from 174.235.131.105

I am feeling a little better. I even ran the Ragnar relay which turned out to be a disaster. Maybe someday I'll blog about it.

From RAD on Tue, Feb 28, 2012 at 14:07:47 from 98.202.23.178

I knew you'd still be running Ragnar. I've been checking on your blog to see the report, but nada. C'mon Burty Burt! We miss your reports. It just ain't the same without you around!

From DaleG on Tue, Feb 28, 2012 at 15:06:02 from 66.87.64.97

Yeah, come on Burty Burt.

From SlowJoe on Wed, Feb 29, 2012 at 09:54:50 from 74.195.74.62

Don't make us beg.

From RAD on Sat, Mar 03, 2012 at 14:49:34 from 98.202.23.178

You're killin' me here Burt!

From Lybi on Sun, Mar 04, 2012 at 16:46:42 from 68.3.188.21

Shoot! i hope you are feeling better soon. James and the kids caught a really bad cold that tends to hang on forever and make you super exhausted. Is that what you have?

Hey, I was going to invite you to run the tr5kforvalues on March 24th at Red Mountain Park. The YW in our ward are doing it for a fundraiser. It is going to be very small, and there are cool prizes, so there is a high possibility of kick-butt-itude, if you are interested. :)

From Burt on Sun, Mar 04, 2012 at 18:27:03 from 174.235.194.63

If by really bad cold that tends to hang on forever and make you feel super exhausted you mean lazy, then yes, I have that.

Oh, I'd say I'd be interested in that 5k. I'm all about values.

From Burt on Sun, Mar 04, 2012 at 18:27:36 from 174.235.194.63

And laziness.

From Merri on Mon, Mar 05, 2012 at 14:05:27 from 160.7.252.148

what a pity.

From Steam8 on Mon, Mar 05, 2012 at 23:04:57 from 166.70.55.77

I hope you are getting better!

From Scott Ensign on Tue, Mar 06, 2012 at 19:01:27 from 129.123.3.84

I think I have that too.... get well soon

From RAD on Wed, Mar 07, 2012 at 20:17:15 from 98.202.23.178

If I get on here and have to read about being one day older ONE MORE TIME....

Okay, empty threat. Unless I do. Then I may call for an onslaught of inbox messages. If we flood it, he will blog!

From Leandra on Thu, Mar 08, 2012 at 12:14:39 from 108.194.221.39

Burt,

Hi.

I have seen you lurking about on the blog sites of others! Hope all is going well with you.

From Burt on Sun, Mar 11, 2012 at 21:59:08 from 72.223.93.158

I realize that I've become a creepy lurker. Sad, huh? But I finally blogged, and tomorrow I plan on running a little.
