Hope the hamstring is good tomorrow, is it a 5k?

From KP on Fri, Mar 26, 2010 at 11:06:50 from 65.208.22.25

You mean your guitar strings? Play me a song, Burt!

From ChrisM on Fri, Mar 26, 2010 at 11:15:44 from 130.88.123.4

From Burt on Fri, Mar 26, 2010 at 12:06:48 from 206.19.214.144

I'm not in the mood for a melody, and you don't got me feeling all right.

It's a 10k traiil run. Should be fun.

From KP on Fri, Mar 26, 2010 at 12:15:50 from 65.208.22.25

I've got a 14.5 mile trail run tomorrow. Should be painful.

Woot! Have a fancy race. :D All of you fast running bloggers are so ON. You already did your workout..I am in pj's drinking coffee at 10:15a.m. Need to go swim a beast of a workout. Hoping for magical energy. I will be thinking of you tomorrow Burt. Good luck. Good skill! :)

From RAD on Fri, Mar 26, 2010 at 14:25:06 from 67.172.229.125

Good luck with the race! I also hope that hamstring doesn't start playing YOU a melody!

From Rhett on Fri, Mar 26, 2010 at 14:47:13 from 74.32.222.202

Have fun and good luck tomorrow.

From Burt on Fri, Mar 26, 2010 at 14:55:56 from 206.19.214.144

KristEn - you don't have to one up me. You'll forever be ahead of me with that 32 mile run you did.

Missy - fancy? I'll try.

Rach - maybe the song will be Hurt So Good.

Rhett - Thanks. Having fun will be the key.

From KP on Fri, Mar 26, 2010 at 15:04:58 from 65.208.22.25

I'm not showing you up... You've ran a marathon, I haven't! You've ran a 1/2, I haven't! You'll catch the ultra bug too. It really was fun. Nevs is now trying to talk me into a 50-mile race. I'd like to do it. I'll just need to actually "train" some for it rather than my little 2-3 milers I do all the time. Yikes!

You'll be done with your 10k tomorrow in the time that I *might* be done with a 5k. And, I honestly doubt I'll even be that far yet. Therefore, I suck.

I'm sure you'll do great tomorrow! I can't wait to hear how it goes.

From Jason on Fri, Mar 26, 2010 at 15:28:11 from 68.72.1.3

Good luck with the trail race, Burt.

From flatlander on Fri, Mar 26, 2010 at 15:37:37 from 198.207.244.102

Is it a fast trail? Any chance of getting that fast 10K time you were looking for at London's Run?

From Burt on Fri, Mar 26, 2010 at 16:29:52 from 206.19.214.144

KP - I'm thinking about doing the Man Against Horse 50 miler if I don't get into St. George.

Jason - thanks.

FL - I mapped the course out so I could look at the elevation profile. It doesn't look too bad. But the uphills are more gradual than the downhills. I wish it was the other way around. I still think I can get a PR on it.

From flatlander on Fri, Mar 26, 2010 at 16:33:04 from 198.207.244.102

Sounds promising, looking forward to your report.
