Tonight I ran with my the ghosts of Ragnar past, present, and future.  We ran in the hills of Las Sendas.  It was a good run.  And I wore my new shoes for the first time.  I think they're going to work out just fine.

Way to go, posting your runs on the wrong days. Sheesh.

Nothing like the feeling of new shoes to keep you floating on air for a few days.

Are these the raffle prize shoes? I bet they feel extra good when they're free.

DG - You posted your comment on the wrong day!

Joe - these are the raffle shoes. Free feels better. It tastes better. It looks better.

Karen - don't listen to Nevels. You'll only get more confused. I went running with one gal that was on my Wasatch Back Ragnar team from last year, a guy on my current Del Sol Ragnar team this year, and another gal that I'm sure will be on a future Ragnar team with me. You do know what Ragnar is, don't you?

I've heard that free is usually faster too.

The haunting run sounds good!

Tastes better? You eat your shoes?

They are a good source of fiber.
