Three miles this morning.  Again, nothing fancy.  I had to stop and stretch a couple of times because of a twinge in my hamstring.  The magic water fountain wasn't too magical as I had to lift the cover by hand.  Anyway, this entry is boring.  Let me liven it up with a random video clip.

This is what I'll say when people try to pass me at Ragnar.

awesome!! I'd love to see the runners face that tries to pass you.

Your entries are far more exciting than that hobbit nonsense.

RAD - Actually, I've already decided that I'm going to let everyone pass me that has the gumption to do so. I have to run up that blasted 1300 foot hill, so I'll be conserving all my energy for that.

ACorn - So what you're saying is I should dance on J.R.R. Tolkein's grave?

The books are slightly less dull than the movies. My brain doesn't appreciate such high level creativity.

Just don't count out loud when you pass others at Ragnar Burt. It's bad manners :)

From The Quiet Pirate on Wed, Oct 12, 2011 at 22:23:53 from 65.191.243.172

As long as you refer to yourself in third person and call everyone who passes you "my precious" you shouldn't have any troubles at Ragnar or the magical water fountain of Mordor.

From Burt on Wed, Oct 12, 2011 at 23:46:25 from 72.223.91.148

ACorn - maybe there's some drugs you can take to help you out with that.

Sue - Did I tell you I do that? I also pat their bums.

QP - to enter the forbidden pool bears the penalty of death.

I'm glad today's blog is boring...the other day was too eventful. Glad you have Emily back.
