Marathon - 4:33:09 (11/21/2009 Mesquite Marathon)

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a half marathon in under two hours.

Run a marathon in close to 4 hours.

Stay healthy long enough to live through the millenium.

This morning I ran with no Garmin.  It was weird reaching down towards my wrist and not having a button to push.  Does ice cream make you sweat?  Video of magic fountain coming soon.

also, ice cream does make me sweat. especially when it's giant spoonfuls of chocolate mousse covered in vanilla wafers and grossly over-sweetened whipped cream. and peanut butter.

My video recording skills are lacking. In an attempt to make sure I got close enough to see the water coming out, I got too close. Now people are going to wonder if I just lifted the lid with my hand. Ugh! I have no choice but to record another video.

I mentioned the new fountain to my sister who lives near you and she didn't know what I was talking about because she hasn't been there in a while. I know more about the park by my sister's house than she does!
