I started running again in 2007 after 14 years of not running.

10k - 48:29 (5/9/2009 Race for Hospice)

Marathon - 4:33:09 (11/21/2009 Mesquite Marathon)

Short-Term Running Goals:

Actually, as I was thinking about if there was anything cool to blog about this morning, there wasn't, except for the two pennies I neglected to pick up, my wife got a phone call that one of her good friends who has cancer is now in hospice. That put an abrupt stop to my blog entry. And I'm ok with that.
