The weather is beautiful here.  I think I've been neglecting to take it all in because I haven't been able to enjoy it due to not being able to run fast.  But I'm slowly creeping back.  Did I say creeping?  I must be creepy.

Time - 25:23 (avg. pace 8:27)

Splits - 8:37, 8:28, 8:17

Day 16 P90X

Plyometrics

Oh my goodness.  That gets the heart rate going.  I tweaked my left ankle early on.  I'll see how I feel in the morning and decide whether or not to go for a run.

I vote for "creeping". Not that slow anyway, that is a solid pace.

No fecal matter, no rotting animal carcasses...I don't have anything to comment on. I guess, nice run? But seriously, it looks like nice progress with the injury.

It was a pretty clean day. I did see the dead coyote still out in the median as I drove to work. Somebody should clean that up.

Your word, not mine.

Nice little run Burt. Glad you are feeling better. What's next on P90x?

From Burt on Tue, Apr 20, 2010 at 14:56:19 from 206.19.214.144

I got Plyometrics tonight. That should help to strengthen my hamstring. Or damage it more. We'll see.
