The school bus was out this morning, but all the windows were rolled up.  A lady with a dog came running out from a side road.  I didn't want her to pass me, but didn't really make an effort so that she wouldn't.  My miles were pretty consistent this morning.  They didn't pass me.

Time - 44:40 (avg. pace 8:22)

Splits - 8:21, 8:16, 8:16, 8:21, 8:35, (8:22 for 0.34 miles)

Temp - 86

Burt, I see 4 consecutive running days. Way to go! Keep up the good work.

I have no idea how you run so well in such hot temps. It was mid to high 70s when I ran and I felt like I was going to die!! Seriously, high 50s, low 60s ... perfect!!!

Nice job!

Eric - my legs felt real tight for the whole run. I'm taking a rest day tomorrow.

Teena - There's definitely been a difference in my running since the temps have risen.

Merri - nnnnoooo. I stayed ahead of her. I was too stinky this morning for any conversations.

Sam - Hopefully I can wake up early Saturday and get a double digit run in.

Burt, which way was the wind blowing, hopefully from your back, the poor lady if it was a headwind, good way to take out your competitors.

Hey, nice running and pace in the heat.
