Now that I've met Bonnie, I'm trying to be a smarter runner.  So I stopped every mile and stretched out.  I don't like stopping when I run.  I do the penguin shuffle before I stop.  But I guess it's okay to stop every now and then.

Time - 48:17 (avg. pace 8:36)

Splits - 8;38, 8:30, 8:35, 8:37, 8:21, 5:38 for 0.62 (9:05 pace)

Bonnie sometimes tries to help me be a smarter runner, but I'm not the best student.

Could we get a video tape of the penguin shuffle, please?

Bonnie tries to help me be a smarter stats student. I have decided that I am hopeless in that department; along with the running department.

Make sure you stretch before yoga too. From the pictures I have seen, you could really hurt yourself with what you do.

Good luck being smarter Burt.

Burt - smart A runner hey? How much smarter can you get? No doubt, with Gwen, Bonnie has a very good personal coach. If the shuffle makes you smart, I am the biggest smart A.

Nice run Burt!

Carolyn - You want to see me do the penguin shuffle? Why would I subject myself to the ridicule I'd receive from people watching me do the penguin shuffle??? :P

KP - You're not even trying. That is why you fail.

Scott - Let's just say the leg bone is no longer connected to the hip bone.

Rhett - I think I'd rather be wiser, like you.

Brent - there's nothing wrong with the shuffle or being a smart A.

Vinh - thanks. Running's not a problem. Running fast is. :)
