I fell asleep watching WWE last night and slept pretty soundly.  I know I'll lose some friends by admitting that I like to watch wrestling, but I don't want to be a phony.  I got up at 6:30am and just went on a 3 mile run so I wouldn't be too late getting in to work.

Time - 22:24 (avg pace 7:28)

Splits - 7:35, 7:34, 7:15

Mizuno Wave Inspire 4 White/Classic Blue/Raven Miles: 3.00

Chipper pace there Burt and check out that 191. You will be in the 180's soon!

We'll see April. I just have to quit eating processed foods.

Funny Paul. It wouldn't surprise me if a lot of those guys were gay. Think about it. You spend so much time trying to have a nice body. You stand in front of the mirror flexing. How can you not fall in love with male body? LOL!

BTW, have you seen Kurt Angle lately? He's so skinny! I think he quit taking steroids.

I could be wrong, but I don't think Brock Lesnar is on the juice. He's just a genetic freak with a tremendous work effort.

Speedy splits!

From Steve Piccolo on Tue, Aug 25, 2009 at 16:48:55 from 155.100.160.248

Great splits. Better keep it up or I'll put you in a headlock!

From James W on Tue, Aug 25, 2009 at 16:48:56 from 12.151.72.1

I agree, those are some pretty nice splits there. I gotta cut out on the pop myself, or I'm not going to drop the pounds I am still packing. BTW, when I was 17, I actually went to a WWF event - that was the point after which I stopped watching.

From Merri on Tue, Aug 25, 2009 at 17:45:42 from 67.199.179.247

nice splits and where does riverton paul come up w/ this stuff? :)

From Burt on Tue, Aug 25, 2009 at 18:11:17 from 68.76.197.194

Paul's brain is connected to the world wide web. He just has to think of something and he's got it. And Merri, you're just a few steps down the ladder from him of coming up with stuff. I have a whole collection of funny pictures you put together. I plan on keeping them someday for that lawsuit. LOL!

Burt - your stage name for WWE?

Krusher Kawalski

Bart the Bomber

Ground Hog Heaven Bent

Brusier Burt

Does this mean football players are gay also? All that tackling?

Nice pace for an early morning run and getting on that biggest loser, good work.

I reckon your 5k PB will get seriously shortened the next time you race! Great work!

From Burt on Wed, Aug 26, 2009 at 12:09:21 from 68.76.197.194

Brent - I'm not the only one that watches prairie dogs now. Go to Nan's blog and read about her 22 mile run.
