Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a half marathon in under two hours.

Run a marathon in close to 4 hours.

oh my, I laughed so hard when you said it like that. It did sound funny huh? You know when your body swells so much and you can feel the blood pumping in your face? That is what I meant. when I got home my face was all red under my eyes, I was sure my blood was going to pop out!! LOL
