Why, oh why would you open with such a line?

From Burt on Tue, Aug 23, 2011 at 11:58:18 from 206.19.214.144

You've seen the movie Along Came Polly, right?

From ACorn on Tue, Aug 23, 2011 at 11:59:54 from 24.2.76.146

Yes, it is a very common thing for me.

The good thing is that you got your miles in!

A lovely cheese pizza, just for me.

From The Quiet Pirate on Tue, Aug 23, 2011 at 12:05:20 from 152.26.59.252

I haven't seen the movie, but I hear there's a lot of "stale" feelings going around.

From Chad Robinson on Tue, Aug 23, 2011 at 12:07:08 from 67.136.62.186

I have seen it once at the most.

From Burt on Tue, Aug 23, 2011 at 12:19:59 from 206.19.214.144

ACorn - You're what the French call les incompetents.

QP - uh...?

Chad - think back to the reason Phillip Seymor Hoffman gave Ben Stiller as to why they had to leave the party.

speechless? confused? or is that just gas?

From Burt on Tue, Aug 23, 2011 at 12:31:52 from 206.19.214.144

It's more than just gas.

i had a screaming kevin doll when i was little. he had a button on his back that would make a really awful screaming noise when pressed. i foolishly took it in the bathtub with me and it went haywire -- it was stuck on "scream" and we couldn't get him to stop. we had to bury him in a closet under tons of blankets so we could sleep. my mother was very angry.

now i wish i wouldn't have ruined it, because apparently they are worth a lot of money...

not so fresh? yes lots of the time...esp in the summer...bring fall on!

From Burt on Fri, Aug 26, 2011 at 11:38:53 from 72.223.91.148

allie - When AJ was a wee lad, one of our "friends" got him a loud and obnoxious fire truck for his birthday. We were so happy when he took a bath with it.

April - TMI.

Since I haven't commented in quite some time, I get to post three at once.

First, not sure about the fresh comment, but it scares me.

Second, I thought of you every day at our regional boy scout camp. They play chicken fat over the loud speakers to get the boys out of their tents. Works amazingly well.

And finally, my own movie quote from the movie we watched tonite:

Kid 1: Mommy, I want to get wasted.

Kid 2: I want to get wasted every day of my life.

Kid 3: I want to get chocolate wasted!

I think I'm gonna go get wasted.

From Burt on Sat, Aug 27, 2011 at 00:25:19 from 72.223.91.148

BNS - 1) Trust me. You don't want to feel not so fresh. 2) What a great idea! I should wake up to that everyday. 3) Grown Ups. That movie was all right. I think I saw all the funny parts in the previews.
