A little bit faster this morning.  I could feel the difference those last 5 miles.  I had to tweak my bike a little to get it dialed in.  I'm thankful not much damage was done after crashing.  Mostly to my ego.

It didn't hurt as much as the time you dumped me at the Halloween ball.

OH my goodness Burt!!! I am sorry, I completely missed it -- I have been so self-absorbed and busy the past couple of days. I am SOOOOOOO glad you are ok -- bruised egos are easy, and actually so are bikes.

Did you like the way Lucias jaw looks now too and thought you would give it a shot? DON'T - you are fine the way you are.

Take care, be so careful.

Happy Father's Day hey Dude you not running lately?

From Burt on Sun, Jun 21, 2009 at 19:59:07 from 98.167.151.26

Thanks for the Father's Day wishes. Sam, I don't know if it's just me being lazy, but my knee still kind of hurts. Saturday I was helping someone move. We made a line to unload one of the trucks. I was standing on the ramp, and someone passed down a big heavy box. I rested it against my knee, and it hurt sooo bad. I almost had to stop. I'll go out tomorrow morning. Unless I suffer a massive heart attack from all the food I've been getting to celebrate Father's Day.
