A.M. 2.59 miles.  Decided to go the extra mile.  I didn't notice it, but I kept getting faster and faster.

PM. 2.65 miles Decided to go more extra miles. :) I volunteered at the Adventure Run.  This was the first time I actually ran it.  Sometimes they have volunteers take groups out for people that are new to the Adventure Run.  They had me go out with a group.  I was hesitant because I had already ran this morning, but I didn't want to look like a wuss.  Also, I didn't want to sweat.  And you guys know how I get when I sweat.

Can you see my incision?

I see it. I'm surprised the surgeon didn't have you take off your shirt before surgery. Seems like it would've been easier, but I guess I'm not a doctor.

I couldn't take off my shirt because it wasn't covered under Obamacare.

A city versus an entire state? How is that even possible?
